- A day of yoga, meditation and alternative health solutions
- 25 workshops to choose from

Fundraiser for the Auburn Public Library and the YWCA of Central Maine.
$99 for full day, $75 for half day. $35 for one class. Same day registration 7:00 AM to 7:45 am at Royal Oak Room.

NAMI MAINE WALK (National Alliance on Mental Illness)

Onsite registration begins at 9 am. Walk starts at 11 am.
Walk for mental health! NAMI’s largest anti-stigma campaign, when people join together to celebrate Hope and Recovery – for all those impacted by mental illness. Online registration closes at Noon on Friday but EVERYONE is welcome to come and register on Walk morning. FREE.
