Great Falls Fitness Seminar: An Evening with Joan Benoit Samuelson — Run Your Own Race

Franco American Heritage Center
46 Cedar Street
Lewiston, ME

Tuesday April 29, 2014
5:00 pm Social Hour
6 – 8:00 pm Seminar

Running is a physical, mental and emotional sport. For some, running is a pleasure — a reason to be outside — enjoying the world around you. For others, it’s part of an overall exercise program, helping you keep fit. Then there are runners who love to compete — for the thrill of it and/or to support a cause you believe in. Finally, there are people who were simply born to run, who would rather run than do any other activity on the planet. There’s room in the runners’ world for all of you. And you are sure to be inspired by Joan and our panel of running experts.

If you’re feeling adventurous, Joan and Dr. Paul Cain will lead a “fun run” through L/A beginning at 4 p.m. We’ll meet in the parking lot at the Franco American Heritage Center. This is your opportunity to run with an Olympic GOLD medalist! There is no cost to run with Joan, registration is requested.
